8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, for the resolution of any disputes.
